Terrible neighborhood and we did not feel safe. The hotel pictures online are very deceiving. It does not look near as nice as the pictures show. There were very sketchy people hanging around the hotel. We did not feel safe parking our vehicles in the lot with so many "wanderers" around the hotel.
Received an email saying we would not get a refund if we cancelled.
